From a Small Beginning to Nationwide Expansion

KOKORO was founded in 2010 in Kingston upon Thames by CEO Rakky Pak, starting as a small restaurant with just three tables. However, thanks to its fresh ingredients and carefully crafted dishes, it quickly gained popularity. Today, KOKORO has evolved into a major franchise, running more than 70 locations throughout the UK.

Continuing its expansion, KOKORO recently opened a new branch in Derby city center on January 22, 2025. Located at 48 St. Peters Street, this branch has been warmly received by local customers, further solidifying KOKORO’s reputation for offering fresh and delicious Asian cuisine.
