When Sun Ocean Ltd. was first established in 1994, it was a small distributor of fresh fish to a few restaurants. It is now known as True World Foods (UK) Ltd. and has developed into one of the top suppliers of fresh fish to London's Japanese eateries.

Since its modest start in the middle of the 1970s, when the business—then known as New York Fish House—sold fish to people on the streets of Brooklyn, New York, True World Foods has gone a long way.
